MAKE SENTENCES - ADJECTIVES III

 Use the following adjectives in your own sentences. 
(i) Numerous: Her paintings have won awards in numerous art shows.
(ii) Pensive: Unrequited love caused her to be in a very pensive mood.
(iii) Perilous: Since the journey is perilous, be sure to bring a first-aid kit.
(iv) Queer: I had a queer feeling that something bad was about to happen.
(v) Responsible: The city council is responsible for keeping the streets clean.
(vi) Resolute: Our government is resolute in countering terrorism.
(vii) Sluggish: A heavy lunch makes me sluggish in the afternoon.
(viii) Sterling: We have to make sterling efforts to get brilliant success.
(ix) Supreme: He was awarded a medal for showing supreme bravery.
